Starting as a sole proprietor business in 1984, Residential Maintenance Services has been providing home maintenance and repair to thousands of homeowners. RMS believes that a service call to a residence should be served by a knowledgeable, clean, and trustworthy technician who has the tools and equipment to do the job efficiently. In addition to individual homeowners, many Realtors use RMS to knock out the punch list from Home Inspection Addendums. Usually one call to RMS is all that is needed to satisfy the entire deficiency list. After the sale is complete, the buyer often becomes a new client.

Not only is our specialty a specific task or job, but it is also understanding the needs and financial abilities of the client. RMS welcomes calls from customers who may want free advice on a project or guidance. We respect those who try to do projects themselves and will gladly talk them through a problem over the phone if they get stuck.
